Abstract

Introduces a H-NTLA system for testing assessing and training children's learning ability. The system represents the results of domestic theoretical research, incorporating in the meantime computer and image processing technology. The standard adopted in this system is the H-NTLA test criteria. In its system design have been utilized features from image binarization processing, image and word indexing, animation and multipe interruption technology. Practical application has proved the system a success.
