Abstract
Adopting a hydraulic buffering valve is an effective means to get good shift quality. Dynamic performance analysis of the buffering valve has been an indispensable link of design work. In this paper, a dynamic simulation model of a hydraulic buffering valve for a vehicle power shift clutch has been developed, simulation study was made by SIMULINK of MATLAB and dynamic variable pattern of buffering pressure was solved. The correctness and effectiveness of system modeling and simulation method have been verified by experimental results.
