Abstract

A detection system based on ring laser is proposed for the inner wall of deep hole. The system mainly consists of ring laser, reflecting prism, CCD camera and driving unit. The inner wall cross-section pattern of a deep hole can be detected through imaging, analyzing and calculating the ring spot projected on inner wall of deep hole by ring laser. 3-D detection for inner wall pattern of deep hole can be carried out under the driving of the driving unit.
