    Abstract

The formal modeling and correctness analysis of interorganizational business processes is one of the hot topics in business process management. This paper focuses on the modeling and refactoring of interorganizational processes with the integrated view of process activities and data. The data-oriented interorganizational process modeling method is proposed. Based on the inheritance concept from software engineering, two kinds of process inheritance are defined to analyze the proper adjustment of interorganizational processes. Moreover, the refactoring stage and curve of interorganizational processes are identified.
