N2 - AC power frequency converter (AFC) is a power converter that uses power electronics technology to achieve variable output of AC signal frequency and voltage. High-precision AC power frequency converter (High-precision AFC) have a wide range of applications in instrument calibration, power conversion, and equipment experiments. This paper firstly introduces the application scenarios of AFC. And by analyzing and comparing the domestic and international high-precision AFC market and manufacturers, it further summarizes the implementation methods and control methods of high-precision AFC. And the advantages and disadvantages of different methods are analyzed and reviewed. This paper also summarizes the current control strategies commonly used for high-precision AC power frequency converters, which provide options for different application scenarios. Finally, a summary is made based on the development status of high-precision AFC and an outlook on the future development trend of AC power frequency converter in China is presented.
