Abstract

This letter extends Nessyahu and Tadmor's method (J.Comp. Phys., 87, 1990, 408-463) to the three dimensional cases. The suggested resolution schemes, satisfying maximum and minimum bounds (marked as MmB) under an appropriate CFL condition, are of second-order accuracy in both space and time domains. The present theory can naturally be extended to the vector conservational systems.
