Abstract

A new method is proposed in this article to test the rigidity of flexural parts, which integrated laser triangulation displacement sensor and ultra-precise pressure sensor. In this method, test of flexure and automatic loading are used to test the rigidity and automatic control of displacement is adopted to test the rigidity of flexural parts at random dislocation. Repetition is prior to ±1%. In comparison with other ways, it has the advantages of high precision, high efficiency and good repetitiveness.
