N2 - Proper partner selection is the key factor in successful logistic outsourcing. The paper firstly reviews the literature in partner selection at home and abroad. Then, combining with the characteristics of logistic cooperation partner, puts forward a multi-stage partner selection mode integration with Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and 0-1 target programming. Based on the above-mentioned research result, the paper analyses the partner selection process, as well as the selection stages in detail.
