Abstract
Based on the analysis of labor value, technology value and utilization value, a knowledge resource evaluation index system was proposed. A two staged theoretical model was established. Structural equation modeling method was used to verify and modify the index system, analytic hierarchy process was used to calculate and analyze. According to the results of the case study from some representative aerospace researching institutions, labor value, technology value and utilization value have positive and significant relationships with knowledge resource value. Finally, some strategies and suggestions were proposed to improve the efficiency of knowledge resource evaluation in enterprises.
