N2 - This paper reports on the novel three-dimensional micro-manipulation method. The precise and automated system for the three-dimensional tissue construction is important for regenerative medicine. Large size functional three-dimensional tissue needs blood vessel-like structure for supplying oxygen and nutrients. For constructing complicated structure like these, a micro-heater array device and a thermoresponsive gel is focused. When this device and the thermoresponsive gel is combined, two-dimensional structure of arbitrary shape can be fabricated. And the micro-heater array device integrated to three-dimensional micro-manipulator, the gel include a number of micro-objects is manipulated use of micro-manipulator. In order to put this in practice, change of gelation range by heating time and electricity is confirmed. As the result, optimal condition for grasp is obtained. Furthermore, grasping and releasing two micro objects is succeeded.
