Abstract

This paper describes a method of building a three-dimensional map by a moving camera using measurement of artificial landmarks and recognition of human actions. The proposed method distinguishes static and dynamic objects by recognition of human actions. The experimental result shows the feasibility of monitoring system using the cooperation of fixed and moving cameras.
