Abstract

A new kind of material called Kevlar fiber is used as the supporting material for some space used Dewars. The tensile test of the Kevlar is done and the support structure is designed. On this basis, a new thermodynamic optimization model and the computational formula of its natural frequency, thermal stress and launch environment stress are established. Finally, the optimal result is given by a new optimum design by using a constrained optimization method called "descript point encryption".
