Abstract

Under the background of intelligent manufacturing, how to make full use of the new generation of information technology to promote the intelligent upgrading of machine tools is the key to achieving high-quality development of machine tools. The connotation and architecture of digital twin machine tool were elaborated in detail. Three key technologies of digital twin machine tool were refined, including data perception and fusion technology, mcchanism-data-knowlcdgc hybrid driven digital twin modeling and virtual-real synchronization technology, and dynamic optimization and collaborative control technology of multi-level parameters. A case study of digital twin machine tool was presented, which provided a basis for the research of digital twin enabling machine tools intelligence, and promotes the development of machine tools intelligence.
