Abstract
Man-hour quota is the basis for arranging plans and guiding production. Reasonable man-hour quota and management can improve the work efficiency of workers. Considering the inefficient man-hour calculation and nonstandard man-hour management in the current assembly process of aerospace products, a man-hour calculation algorithm based on multiple knowledge model was proposed as well as a man-hour management model for assembly workshop. The assembly time knowledge model including parts, process and equipment knowledge was constructed. The text mining technology was realized to construct the knowledge feature matrix. The relational model was trained on the man-hour characteristics and working hours to obtain the man-hour estimation model through regression analysis. Furthermore, a method of man-hour allocation and collection in flexible assembly workshop was advanced by combining the man-hour management with the whole assembly process of aerospace production. A man-hour quota and management software system was developed and applied to realize the optimized management of man-hour.
