Abstract
In order to improve the hit rate of the guidance gun grenade, the missile-borne attitude measurement system is required to output and store accurate flight parameters in real time. In the narrow and overload environment of the gun grenade space, the error of the attitude test system was difficult to be reduced by the huge hardware circuit. For this problem, the method of pre-test calibration is adopted, that is, calibrate the inertial measurement unit and modify the measurement results collected by the acquisition module to fit the actual signal as closely as possible. As can be seen from the analysis of the experimental data, the calibrated system has an accuracy of 1~2 orders of magnitude for the acquisition of the carrier attitude. The experimental results show that the method is effective and feasible in terms of theory.
