Liu Ying is an assistant professor and master tutor at the School of Law, Beijing Institute of Technology. Bachelor of Engineering from Dalian University of Technology, Master of Law from Renmin University of China, Doctor of Law from Hokkaido University, Japan, selected as the 2022 Science and Technology Think Tank Young Talent Program, 2015 National Outstanding self-funded international students. 2016.9-2021.11, engaged in think tank research at the Institute of Science and Technology Strategy Consulting, Chinese Academy of Sciences, as a part-time researcher at the China Enterprise Growth and Economic Security Research Center, Tsinghua University, with research interests including scientific and technological innovation, intellectual property policy and law. During this period, the research reports written by the main author were included in top think tank publications such as "National High-end Think Tank Report" and "Qiushi · Internal Reference", many of which were approved by provincial and ministerial leaders and above.
