1. Guided undergraduates to participate in 2022 Beijing College Students Integrated Circuit Design Competition and won 3 first prizes, 2 second prizes and 1 third prizes.

Focusing on the major needs of China in the field of "new generation of micro and nano electronic devices", it has rich knowledge in the controllable synthesis based on low-dimensional nano materials and their heterogeneous structures, structural design of new micro and nano electronic devices, and development of new neuromorphic information devices.
