Hou Yangkun, Doctor of Law, associate professor and master tutor of Beijing Institute of Technology Law School, funder of Beijing Institute of Technology Outstanding Talents Project, deputy director of Intellectual Property Research Center of Beijing Institute of Technology Law School, studied the basic content of the eighth type of intellectual property - the Protection of New Varieties of Animal Rights for the first time in the world.
