Professor of professional responsibility, national academic leading talent, won the title of "Beijing Excellent Teacher" in 2022. He is currently the Party secretary of the School of Materials, Beijing Institute of Technology, and the director of the National Key Laboratory of Impact Environmental Materials Technology. He is also a member of the National Industrial Foundation Expert Committee, a member of the Materials Education Reference Committee of Higher Education institutions of the Ministry of Education, a member of the overall expert group of the national Key research and development Plan, a member of the Material Genome branch of the Chinese Society of Materials Research, a member of the titanium alloy branch, a deputy director of the protection special committee of the Chinese Ordnance Industry Society and a member of the Materials Special Committee. He has taught professional core courses "Composite Materials", "Electronic and Information Materials" and "Material Genetic Engineering", and has been engaged in the research of material dynamic behavior and microstructure evolution mechanism for a long time. He has won 1 second prize of national technology invention and 6 provincial and ministerial science and technology awards. He has published more than 300 academic papers, authorized more than 50 invention patents, participated in the compilation of 3 monographs and edited 1 textbook.
