Dr. Tang Xin, associate Professor at the School of Optoelectronics, Beijing Institute of Technology, has long been engaged in the research and system development of new colloidal quantum dot infrared detectors and focal plane arrays, covering many important infrared atmospheric Windows such as short wave, medium wave and long wave. A series of breakthrough research results have been made on the construction of new photoelectric devices, doping regulation and optical absorption enhancement of colloidal quantum dots. He has presided over a number of provincial and ministerial level projects, including the key project of the National Natural Science Foundation (Large Array focal plane Multicolor Imaging, 62035004), and the Special Young Scholars Talent Support Program of Beijing Institute of Technology. The relevant results have been published as the first author/corresponding author in Nature Photonics, Advanced Materials, ACS Nano and other journals. Coatings is a guest editor of Coatings and a reviewer of journals such as Nature Photonics.
