Together with Professor Chen Jin, a leading scholar in innovation management, a specially appointed professor of the "Changjiang Scholars" of the Ministry of Education, and the director of the Technology Innovation Research Center at Tsinghua University, we jointly proposed innovative management theories with Chinese characteristics, such as integrated innovation, fourth generation management, and rural innovation systems. We have successively worked in Financial Innovation Industrial and Corporate Change、Management and Organization Review、Journal of Rural Studies、 More than 60 papers have been published in authoritative domestic and international journals such as Scientific Research, Chinese Soft Science, Journal of Management, and Technology and Economics, as well as top-level conferences such as the American Society of Management (AOM) and the Annual Conference on Management Information Systems (ICIS). Two teaching cases have been awarded the "National Top 100 Cases", one teaching case has been selected for the China Business Administration International Case Database, and two academic translations have been published. Served as a director of the Technical Management Professional Committee of the Chinese Society of Technology and Economics, an executive member of the Urban Innovation Committee of the Chinese Society of Management Sciences, the Achievement Transformation Professional Committee of the Chinese Society of Science and Technology Policy, an expert consulting committee member of the Urban Data Lake of the China Electronics Industry Association, deputy editor in chief of the National Innovation Blue Book, and participated in the compilation of several works, including the Oxford China Innovation Handbook (English), the New Industry University Research Road of Foreign Famous Schools, and Breaking Through: Strategies and Paths for Breaking through the "Neck" Problem. Served as the editor in chief of the "Science and Technology Self Reliance and Self Strengthening" special issue of the "Science and Technology Management" (a major journal of management recognized by the Ministry of Management of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, CSSCI), International Journal of Innovation Studies， Young editorial board member of Innovation Technology and reviewer for multiple international conferences such as SSCI/CSSCI journals and AOM< br> Multiple achievements have been adopted as policy recommendations by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. More than 10 achievements have been published or reprinted in full by central level newspapers such as Xinhua Digest, People's Congress Photocopies of Newspaper Materials, China Management Newsletter, Guangming Daily, Science and Technology Daily, and Economic Reference Daily. It has been repeatedly reprinted and reported by authoritative media or departments such as Xinhua Net, People's Daily, Guangming Net, China Science and Technology Network, and the official website of the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and has been applied to relevant reform documents such as the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Science and Technology, Beijing, Shenzhen, Tsinghua University, as well as innovative management practices in enterprises such as China National Chemical Corporation, China Software, Beike Zhaofang, Gree, Geely, Yihualu, and Lingban Technology. The theoretical achievement of "data banking" proposed by the first author was officially implemented in Fuzhou City, Jiangxi Province in early 2022, becoming the first government data authorization operation model based on "data banking" in the country.
