1. In 2017, "Engineering Professional Training Method with Equal emphasis on Knowledge structure and engineering Practice" won the first prize of teaching achievement of Beijing Institute of Technology, ranking second.
2. In 2018, "Engineering Professional Training Method with Equal emphasis on Knowledge structure and engineering Practice" won the second prize of Beijing Higher Education Teaching Achievement Award, ranking second.
3. In 2018, the textbook "Principle of Automatic Control (Second edition)" won the award of "Excellent Textbook of Ordnance Engineering College" and "Excellent Textbook of Beijing Institute of Technology";
4. "Digital Image Processing and Pattern Recognition" textbook won the "Beijing Higher Education Excellent Textbook" award in 2008;
5. Guided undergraduate/graduate students to participate in college integrated circuit Design Competition, College Integrated Circuit Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, and won 2 national first prizes, 2 third prizes, 1 provincial and ministerial first prizes, and 1 Excellent Instructor award.
He has been engaged in intelligent communication, image and array information processing and integrated system design for a long time, and has successfully achieved theoretical breakthroughs in sparse phased array space target positioning technology and accelerated hardware design. He has published more than 40 papers in IEEE TSP, TCSI, SPL, CL and other international top and important academic journals. Presided over the development of active scaler system and successfully applied in the field of spaceborne SAR radar high-precision automatic calibration, responsible for more than 20 scientific research projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation, as the core backbone to participate in the "Twelfth Five-Year" final assembly pre-research project 2, the National Natural Science Foundation 4, authorized invention patents 5. In the past five years, the total funding of scientific research projects has been 25 million yuan.
