Two-dimensional carbon-based nanomaterial (GO, MXene) composite membranes with stable cross-linking in water and adjustable layer spacing have been prepared, which have excellent retention properties for small molecular organics and salt ions in water, and have a low degree of membrane pollution.
The control mechanism and strategy of ultrafiltration membrane pre-treatment processes such as coagulation and ozone oxidation on membrane pollution were studied. The operation conditions of ultrafiltration combined process were optimized. The formation and evolution of crystallized floc and its interaction mechanism with membrane surface were found.
The nanomaterial functional layer is loaded on the surface of PVDF ultrafiltration membrane, and the direct contact between pollutants and the membrane surface and the structural characteristics of filter cake layer are reduced through the pre-filtration of the functional layer, which effectively slows down the membrane pollution process and improves the water quality of the membrane after filtration.
