Professor, School of Materials, Beijing Institute of Technology. Served as the training mentor of the young talents Promotion project of China Ordnance Engineering Society, member of Haidian District Science, Technology, Education and Culture Committee of the Democratic Party of Agriculture and Workers, and reviewer of many journals at home and abroad. He is mainly engaged in the fields of synthesis and technology of energetic compounds, formula design, preparation and application of mixed explosives, qualitative, quantitative, online analysis and detection methods. Courses taught include "Preparation and Characterization of Nitrogenous compounds", "Modern analysis and testing Technology of Materials", "Chemical Synthesis and Technology of Explosives", "Theory of explosives" and so on. Presided over a number of national, provincial and ministerial level and enterprise scientific research projects. The graduate students under the guidance of the institute have won Beijing Outstanding Graduates, National scholarships, Northern Industry scholarships and so on. He has won a number of school-level teaching achievement awards, Ordning-engineering excellent teaching materials Awards, explosives future talent growth awards, national defense technology invention awards, published more than 100 SCI papers, and won a number of invention patents.
