2023 Excellent Postdoctoral Fellow of Beijing Institute of Technology
Based on the low-temperature ultra-high vacuum scanning probe microscope, the development of atomic manipulation and micro and nano structure manufacturing technology has achieved original scientific research results in the study of low-dimensional homo/ heterogeneous structures and their electronic states for novel nanoelectronic devices, which has important application potential in electronic information devices. In the last five years, the company has worked in the fields including Nat.Electron., Nat.Commun., JACS, ACS Nano, Nano Lett. A total of more than 30 high-level academic papers have been published in international top journals, including 10 high-quality academic papers published as the first author. As the project leader, he has been approved 4 research fund projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation Youth Science Fund Project, the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation superficial funding project, the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation Special funding (station) project and the China Postdoctoral International Exchange Program introduction project, and participated in several National Natural Science Foundation superficial projects.
