Since joining the work, in terms of scientific research, he has presided over the completion of the construction of the surface engineering laboratory research platform with the world's advanced level, the construction period covers the "211" project, "985" project, "double first-class" and foreign introduction projects, presided over the completion of a number of national special projects, national defense special projects, national defense pre-research projects, and many research results have been applied to key models. It won the second prize of National Technology Invention in 2009, the third prize of National Defense Science and Technology Progress in 2011, and the third prize of Science and Technology of Chinese Society of Aeronautics and Astronautics in 2013.
