Wei Qiuyue, female, born on September 10, 1991, is a member of the Communist Party of China. She is of Manchu nationality and holds a PhD in International law from China University of Political Science and Law. He studied under Professor Huang Jin, LLB and LLM of Sun Yat-sen University, PhD of University of Cologne (CSC Joint training Program), Associate professor and doctoral supervisor of Law School of Beijing Institute of Technology, and a core member of the International Cyberspace Governance Research Base of Beijing Institute of Technology.

1. National Social Science Foundation Youth Project: Construction of International Rules for Cross-border Judicial Data Retrieval;
2. Ministerial topic of the Ministry of Justice: "Rules Game of Cross-border Data Flow between China and the United States and China's Countermeasures";
