Meng Qiang, male, born in 1981, born in Baokang, Hubei Province, Professor of Law School of Beijing Institute of Technology, Director of the Research Center for Civil Code, Doctor of Law, master's supervisor, published monographs such as "On Trust Registration", "on the Interpretation of Tort Liability in Civil Code" and "Research on Difficult Problems in Civil Law", and published more than 20 papers in core journals. Deputy editor of "Principles and Practices of Civil Law" (first and second volumes), participated in the compilation of the Ministry of Education's Marxist theoretical research and construction project key textbooks "Civil Law", the Ministry of Justice "National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination Guidance Book Civil Law" and other textbooks, undertook nearly ten scientific research projects such as the National Social Science Fund, won the fourth "China Law Society Outstanding Achievement Award" monograph category second prize.
