Doctor, associate professor, doctoral supervisor, has conducted research visits at the University of Texas Austin as a post-doctoral scholar. In recent years, he has presided over a number of research works on intelligent quality analysis, image and video processing, including the National Natural Science Foundation project and the Research Start-up Fund for Returned overseas students of the Ministry of Education, and published more than 10 international journal papers (2 of which were selected as ESI highly cited papers, One highly cited Paper also won the European Society for Signal Processing (EURASIP) Best Paper Award in 2020, and nearly 10 national invention patents were authorized. As a member of the Multimedia Technology Committee of China Computer Society, International academic journal reviewers such as IEEE Transactions on Image Processing, IEEE Transactions on Multimedia and IEEE Signal Processing Letters.
Each year, we plan to recruit 1 doctoral student and 2-3 master students. Students who are interested in visual quality evaluation, machine learning, image analysis and understanding are welcome to join the research group.
