Si Liming, male, PhD, Associate professor, doctoral supervisor, Deputy Dean of School of Integrated Circuits and Electronics, Beijing Institute of Technology. He is engaged in the teaching and research of electromagnetic field and microwave technology, involving electromagnetic field theory, terahertz technology and application, antenna theory and technology, radar simulation and target recognition. He teaches the undergraduate course "Theoretical Basis of Electromagnetic Field" and the graduate course "Terahertz Technology and Application". He won the Beijing Institute of Technology Teaching Teacher Award, Wu Han Dongwei Maohua Microwave Information Excellent Teacher Award, Diwen Excellent Teacher Award, Science and Technology Mining Teaching Contribution Award, Xu Teli Scholarship, CASC Scholarship, T-more Scholarship, outstanding postgraduate pacesetter, "May Fourth" Academic Science and Technology Award, etc. He has presided over and participated in more than 30 scientific research projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation, the Doctoral Foundation of the Ministry of Education, the Beijing Natural Science Foundation, 973, 863, and civil aerospace. He has published more than 150 SCI/EI papers in academic journals at home and abroad, applied for and authorized more than 20 patents, and was invited to make 8 conference reports. Metamaterial/metasurface: electromagnetic wave regulation (amplitude/phase/polarization/orbital angular momentum), intelligent metasurface (RIS), surface ionizing excitons (SPP), metamaterial radar scattering cross section technology (RCS), metasurface Sensors;
Antenna theory and technology: ultra-wideband, tunable, MIMO array, wide Angle, dual/multiple/full polarization, miniaturization, low cost;
