Research Interests

1, Intelligent metamaterial/Superstructure and Application Research
2. Research on vibration and noise suppression methods based on smart materials
3, Vibration, wave energy collection technology research

Dr. Yi Kaijun's research work is mainly focused on smart metamaterials/meta-structures. Smart superstructures generally contain passive materials that carry loads, act as smart materials for sensors, actuators, and electrical components such as microprocessors. The intelligent superstructure can realize active vibration and noise control, self-health monitoring, self-energy supply and other functions, and has a broad application prospect in the future advanced aerospace and navigation equipment. “Smart is the Future!” Welcome students who are interested in intelligent structures, metamaterials, vibration and noise suppression, active control, machine learning and other fields to join the research group!
