He received his Ph. D. degree from Northeastern University in September 2002, and then conducted postdoctoral research at the School of Chemistry, Peking University. He has been working in Beijing Institute of Technology since December 2004 and was hired as an associate professor in July 2009. 2015.8 ~ 2016.8 Worked as a visiting scholar in the Department of Chemistry, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is mainly engaged in teaching and research in the field of polymer chemistry and physics. Responsible for "Polymer Chemistry and Physics", "Organic Chemistry Experiment", "Modern Polymer Chemistry and physics" and other undergraduate and graduate courses; Completed 3 National Natural Science Foundation projects, participated in 1 key project, has published more than 50 SCI indexed papers, and authorized 4 Chinese invention patents.

Research Interests

The research field is photoelectric functional organic compounds and polymers. His research interests include the properties of compounds and polymers with active aggregation induced luminescence and their applications in chemical sensors, the design and synthesis of functional conjugated polymers and their applications in optoelectronic devices.
