Born in Liaoning Province, he is an associate professor and master tutor at the School of Management and Economics, Beijing Institute of Technology. He received his PhD in Management from Beijing Institute of Technology in 2005. In 2012, he visited Katz Business School of the University of Pittsburgh and studied under Professor Saaty, academician of the American Academy of Engineering. He is mainly engaged in circular economy and reverse logistics, management system modeling and simulation, technological innovation, corporate governance and other research work. Presided over 1 National Natural Science Foundation, participated in the National Natural Science Foundation, the National Social Science Foundation, the National Soft Science Major program, the Beijing Natural Science Foundation, and government departments, enterprise consulting and other research projects more than 10. He has published more than 20 papers in international conferences and important academic journals, and won one China Management Science Award, one Beijing Science and Technology Award, and one Beijing Institute of Technology Outstanding Scientific and Technological Achievement Award. He has participated in the compilation of books and textbooks such as Principles of Network Analytic Hierarchy Process and Its Application: Decision-making Methods Based on Benefits, Opportunities, Costs and Risks, Network Marketing - Theory, Method and Application, Human Resource Strategy and Planning, Introduction to Organizational System Science, and System Thinking of Innovative Cities in the Yellow River Delta - Exploration and Practice in Dongying.
