He is mainly engaged in the preparation, structural characterization and physical properties of new quantum functional materials. Specific research directions include:
1, the development of thin film thermoelectric measurement technology, research on the preparation of new thermoelectric materials and performance control;
2. Explore the electromagnetic characteristics and physical property regulation of low-dimensional superconducting and topological materials systems by using low-temperature and high-field transport systems;
3, Based on scanning tunneling microscopy technology, detect the novel quantum state of low-dimensional quantum materials and their heterojunction systems.
