Yang Huaquan, Han nationality, member of the Communist Party of China, Doctor of Law of Peking University (direction of Intellectual Property Law), associate professor and master tutor of Law School of Beijing Institute of Technology, Vice President and Secretary General of Beijing Intellectual Property Law Research Institute, former programmer, civil servant of Beijing Municipal Government and director of Copyright Law Professional Committee of Beijing Lawyers Association. In 2013, he was named one of the 10 "Excellent Intellectual Property Lawyers in Beijing" by Beijing Lawyers Association. In 2012, he began to teach in the Law School of Beijing Institute of Technology, and is one of the few scholars in China who has changed from excellent intellectual property lawyers to formal intellectual property teachers in universities.
