Dr. Hongyou Zhao has long been engaged in the research and development of new medical photosensitive drugs and preclinical evaluation, the research and development of laser diagnosis and treatment equipment, and the mechanism of photodynamic treatment of tumors. Led by Academician Gu Ying and mainly responsible by Dr. Zhao Hongyou, KAE, the first new type of chlorin photosensitive drug in China, has completed the preclinical function and safety evaluation and will soon carry out clinical trials. Participated in the development of "Frequency doubling Nd: YV04 laser photodynamic therapeutic instrument has been certified by the State Food and Drug Administration as a third-class medical device (State Food and Drug Administration (standard) word 2013 No. 3240155), and optical coherence imager has been certified by the Beijing Food and Drug Administration as a second-class device (Beijing Food and Drug Administration (standard) word 2014 No. 2241232). Published 1 cover article in the international medical journal Eur.J. Cancer as the first/corresponding author; International Journal of Medical Chemistry J. Med.Chem. J Mater.Chem. B; In the International Journal of Biophotonics J. Photochem. and Photobio. B, Photodiagnosis Photodyn. Ther. He has published many papers in other journals.
