Dr. Ma Hong, Professor and doctoral supervisor, School of Medical Technology, Beijing Institute of Technology. Outstanding performance in both scientific research and education and education, has won 7 municipal education and teaching awards, and participated in the compilation of 5 textbooks such as "Principles and Technologies of Life Science" and "Aerospace Neurobiology". In 2020, the course "Foundation of Life Science" taught by the author won the first first-class undergraduate course in the country. He taught 5 courses for graduate students, including Molecular Immunology and Medical Physiological Pathology. His research direction is space biology and medical engineering, which is a specialty discipline of national defense in Beijing Institute of Technology. He has pioneered many times in the field of International Space Station and China's major manned space project. In the past 5 years, he has presided over 5 national/provincial and ministerial scientific research projects, and published 55 articles, including 33 SCI papers (7 in top journals). 11 EI papers. He has won one second prize of China Medical Science and Technology Progress Award and one second prize of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Award of China Invention Society, and his research results have been written into the National Report of China Space Science for five consecutive times from 2013 to 2023, expanding the international influence of Beijing Institute of Technology in the field of biological effects of space medicine and nerve injury protection, and cultivating a reserve army capable of fighting for space medicine.
Space Neurobiology and Medical Engineering
In 2001, he graduated from Dalian University of Technology and Institute of Microbiology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, majoring in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology.
In 2003, he completed his post-doctoral training at the Institute of Basic Medicine, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences.
From 2002 to 2003, he was a postdoctoral visiting scholar at the Institute of Molecular Biology of the University of Hong Kong, mainly engaged in tumor gene therapy research.

2003-2005 Assistant Researcher, Institute of Basic Medicine, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences;
From 2005 to 2009, he was an associate researcher at the Institute of Basic Medicine, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, engaged in tumor gene therapy and apoptosis signal regulation research;
From 2009 to May 2023, he worked as an associate researcher and professor at the Institute of Space Biology and Medical Engineering, School of Life Science, Beijing Institute of Technology, engaged in space biology and space medicine research.
Since June 2023, he has been a professor at the School of Medical Technology, Beijing Institute of Technology, engaged in aerospace neurobiology and medical engineering research.
