Che Haiying is an associate professor at the Institute of Data Science and Knowledge Engineering, School of Computer Science, Beijing Institute of Technology. Doctor from Beijing Institute of Technology, postdoctoral fellow in Information Engineering, University of Karlsruhe, Germany, visiting scholar at Stevens Institute of Technology, USA.
His research interests include big data analysis, artificial intelligence, blockchain technology, etc. He has published more than 20 high-level academic articles and 3 invention patents in related fields. Courses taught in English include big data analysis, software engineering, information management, etc. With rich experience in engineering projects, I have participated in the completion of a number of key research and development projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology and the National Natural Fund projects as the main completion person. The main member of the National First-class undergraduate course (Online First-class Course - Introduction to Big Data Technology) in 2023, the Excellent Teacher of Diwen in 2022, the Teacher of Huawei Pillars of the Ministry of Education in 2021, and the key education reform project of the Ministry of Education. IBM Global Shared Research Program SUR Project Award, IBM Faculty Awards 2015,2017,2019,2020 China Scholarship Council IBM Excellent Teacher Award and other awards. Three monographs of teaching materials were published. Since 2004, he has been serving as an advisor to more than 100 graduate students, including outstanding alumni of Beijing Institute of Technology, representative of Forbes Asia under the age of 30, Sun Taoyong, founder of Weimeng, and other double-certificate graduate students, international graduate students and on-the-job graduate students.
