Research Achievement



The first Chinese Institute of Electronics Excellent Doctoral Dissertation (2016), the First Class Excellent Doctoral Dissertation of Tsinghua University (2016), the second Prize of the Basic Teaching Skills Competition for Young Teachers of the University (2018), the Young Scientist Award of EMTS Conference (2019), the Young Scientist of ACES Conference (2022), and the Outstanding Reviewer of top journal TAP (2019) - To date), Best Paper of ICMMT Conference (2016,2022), Second Prize of industry-University-research Project transformation of Huawei Technologies Co., LTD. (2023).


As the project leader, he undertook nearly 20 scientific research projects, the first author or corresponding author, published more than 40 academic journal papers, more than 20 conference papers, obtained 15 national invention patents, and published 1 academic monograph.
