Professional Experience

2022 - Present Associate Professor of Beijing Institute of Technology
2018-2022 Research Scientist at the Fraunhofer Institute for American Studies
2017-2018 Postdoctoral Fellow, Michigan State University

Research Achievement

He has published more than 40 papers in Plasma Sources Science and Technology, Physical Review Applied, Applied Physics Letters and other low-temperature plasma fields and high-level journals of applied physics. Invited to Gaseous Electronics Conference, International Conference On Metallurgical Coatings & Thin Films, International Online Plasma Seminar and other high-level international conferences and seminars in the field of invitation reports and Totorial/Review. ASTRA, the self-developed plasma particle simulation software, has been successfully applied in the research of DC/RF, magnetized/unmagnetized, low pressure/atmospheric pressure discharge, etc. The application background covers magnetron sputtering, ion sources, electric propulsion, microplasma and other important fields. Selected as a national high-level young talent in 2021.
