Parameters design of vibration isolation platform for control moment gyroscopes

摘要

In this paper, a passive multi-strut vibration isolation platform for the CMGs which are in pyramid configuration on a satellite is adopted. The parameters design of this platform is discussed. Firstly, in order to select the appropriate comer frequencies of the vibration isolation platform which can make the closed-toop attitude control system sufficiently stable, the influence of the vibration isolation platform on the attitude control system is analyzed. Secondly, considering the geometric configuration of the vibration isolation platform, the z-translation direction and the z-rotation direction are independent. The employed vibration isolator elements are simplified as a two-parameter model and a three-parameter model respectively. Based on the transfer function of the z-translation direction, the stiffness coefficients and the damping coefficients of these vibration isolator elements are reasonably selected. Thirdly, by using the parameters which are selected, the performance of vibration isolation platform on the satellite is testified by integrated simulation. The simulation results show that the methods of the parameters design are valid.
