Abstract

This paper analyses the common functions of current 1553B bus monitor and control system after the brief instruction of 1553B bus communication. In order to making up the lack of simulation function, we proposed a new 1553B bus monitor and control system which can simulate most communication behaviors. The new system manages data by using XML and the class named CTreeCtrl provided by MFC. This system builds models for all the communication behaviors based on timing and provides users a frame where users can design their own simulation events flow conveniently. Also, this system displays data by lights, lists and graphics. Users can save and read data in several formats. This system decreases the ambiguity caused by different understanding and enhances the development efficiency. We can apply this new system in the 1553B bus communication extensively.
