Abstract
The PVDF:TGSe.TGS composite material films with different thicknesses have been prepared and investigated. The thinner the film, the higher were the dielectric constant, the dielectric loss and the pyroelectric coefficient. The specific detectivity D* (500K, 12.5Hz) of a detector made from the PVDF TGSe TGS film comes up to 2 × 108 cm·Hz1/2.w-1.
