Abstract

Three methods, which are explosion percentage, minimum ignition energy method, up-down method, have been used to measure the impact sensitivity of sound deadening agent. A series of samples, whose capacity is 20, is obtained from each method. The variance coefficient and standard deviation coefficient of each series have been calculated, and the result of comparison shows that the coefficient coming from explosion percentage is the maximum, and the result of the down method is the minimum. It can be achieved that explosion percentage method is the worst in calculating impact sensitivity, for the result has a huge degree of dispersion. Minimum ignition energy method is better, and the up and down method is the best.
