Abstract
To effectively attack the armed helicopter using rocket with aimed warhead, six laser range-finders were applied to realize detonation control of aimed warhead, and a new mathematic model of calculating the optimum detonating azimuth by analyzing the information provided by laser range-finders was set up. Simulation results were presented to demonstrate the effective and feasibility of the proposed method when the armed helicopter was target. This analysis method provides a theoretical foundation for developing air defense rocket.
