Abstract
The selection of national key technology is a policy means to promote natively technological innovation of industry, which purpose is to fight technical advantages, flourish the economy and guarantee national security, but it is a new topic to evaluate the strategy benefit of national key technology. The evaluation index system of strategy benefit on national key technology was established, and the strategy benefit evaluation of high performance computer was practically made by the index system and the evaluation model.
