Abstract

Based on the theory of atomic spectroscopy, a double line of atomic emission spectroscopy is used to measure the temperature of explosion products of aluminiferous emulsion explosive continuously. The curves of the transient temperature of explosion products vs time are obtained. The causes of temperature difference of explosion products for non-ideal explosives with different formula are analyzed. The test results show that the product temperatures of non-ideal explosives are related with compositions and increase along with the explosion progress. The explosion reaction time of the non-ideal explosives is longer than that of the ideal explosives.
