Abstract

Based on parallel digital signal processing (DSP) technology, the design and implementation of a real-time quick look system is presented. Many kinds of quick look imaging algorithms of spaceborne synthetic aperture radar (SAR) are compared. According to certain parameters of spaceborne SAR system, an optimized real-time imaging algorithm is proposed. The system is used to fulfill 1/4 of range resolution and four-look of azimuth real-time imaging of L band spaceborne SAR Data. Finally, the results of image quality measures are given.
