N2 - On the basis of meeting the requirement of the circuit breaker breaking, the opening buffer of hydraulic operating mechanism of high voltage circuit breaker needs to be smooth and stable, and does not allow a rebound. The related research is very limited in China. In this paper, the theoretical analysis for the opening buffer of hydraulic operating mechanism is carried out, and the modeling and simulation of hydraulic operating mechanism is established. The test verifies that the buffer process after simulation optimized is stable, and has good performance. The simulation method also provides a theoretical basis for the follow-up development of hydraulic operating mechanism in high voltage circuit breaker.
