Abstract
A new cross channel detection and arbitration algorithm and its real-time implementation structure are proposed. The algorithm is based on a proposed signal collection update model of channelized receiver. The algorithm centers on the characteristics of signals instead of the characteristic of the channel itself, and thus can solve the cross channel problem of single carrier signal and frequency modulated (FM) signal in background noise. Simulation results indicated that it is an effective algorithm. The algorithm has been applied to a digital channelized receiver.
